La Maisonnée Girondine is comfortably located in the beautiful little town of Saint Magne de Castillon which provides glorious views of the Castillon vineyards from every angle and is a stone’s throw away from the site in which the Battle of Castillon was fought in 1453. A re-enactment of this battle takes place every summer and, from personal experience, is a great family experience enjoyed by all who attend.
